I didn’t reach out to her regarding this since I figured the hiring manager and recruiter would be responsible for the process. Manisha was the only one that actually acknowledged my thank you and appreciated her response. I pretty much got to know almost everyone on the team. I don’t think I’ve been on this many rounds and treated quite this way with any other company. 10 interviews with good feedback and no final response is very upsetting, I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration with other candidates and they can improve their hiring process. Every candidate’s time is valuable and I think they need some help with their interview process because they can lose great candidates due to the lack of responsiveness and professionalism. I’m very disappointed that the interview process operated like this. Considering I was called back for the position, I thought someone would have at least provided an update. I never heard back and emailed the recruiter and the hiring manager with no response.

Every two weeks I would check on the status and was told that the hiring manager was still interviewing candidates and would update me with aĭecision when completed. The recruiter was leaving the organization but was nice enough to give me an update on where they were with the status.ĥ months later, a different recruiter contacted me about the Solutions Director position and thought I would be a good fit. I interviewed last year for a different position and went through about 5 interviews and was told sometime later that the position was put on hold but that the team gave great feedback and thought I would be a good addition to the team. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with everyone but no one ever followed up with me so I am assuming I didn’t get the position. I applied through a recruiter.
